Each day more than 40,000 children die. Countless others scratch a meagre living from rubbish dumps, under constant threat from disease and malnutrition. Many are drawn into crime, prostitution and drugs – and of these most will die with no experience or understanding of the love Jesus taught us.

Bringing life and hope
Acts One Eight Ministries is a Christian Charitable Trust set up to bring good health, and the love of Jesus Christ, to children like these. We build and support small orphanages where these children can grow up in safety. We share health information with carers and helpers in these and in other orphanages across the world. We give the children nutritional support that strengthens the immune system and helps keep them out of hospitals that often have too little medication. And we show them, in action, the love of Jesus and the power of the gospel.
